About Us

We founded the Evening SenBeam Kennel as an animal-loving couple whom working day to day with different kind of animals. The loving of animals was a dominant and determining feeling of our childhood so there is no surprise that we are learning animal breeding at university level. The participation in the scientific life motivates us to do the Bengal cat breeding with the general animal health requirements. In our work the observation and utilization of the genetic value is also an important consideration and we are strict about the immediate elimination of potential weaknesses. Our professional help in these things is Dr. Czimber Gyula Endre, veterinarian. Furthermore, we apply the best opportunities and knowledge in the feeding of our cats to maintain a healthy development. We pay big attention to their teaching and socialization, so then the future owner (women, men, children, and families) will find a lot of happiness to keep an Evening SunBeam Baby.

OUR GOAL

As the founders of the Evening SunBeam Kennel our goal is to live with the unique potentials of the Bengal Cat and use it in out breeding programs, to maintain the beauty and the health of the kind and reserve their wild type. Our acquired knowledge helps us to choose the best parents what will result offspring with unique appearance and high quality of health. This requires that parents achieve national and international successes, proving their excellent turnout what's meet the standards. During the first 12 weeks we pay special attention to the socialization of the kittens because we would like to ensure the future cat owners that they will get a really lovely, easily treatable wild cat.

The Founders

Andor Szabados

Personally, I got close to animals at a very young age. My grandparents were living from farming so every time when we arrived to their place my first thing was to say hello to the pigs, ducks, and chickens. My parents usually warned me that it is time to go into the house and spend some time with the family not just with the animals. On my way into the house I just stopped to spoil the dog and cats a little bit more, and then I hugged my family members like nothing happened. Few years later when we bought two horses my feelings for animals were getting more and more intense. For today we have nearly 10 horses (Hucul) and a lot of domesticated animals around the house. The horses were trained all by me at a high level so they are able to make 30-70km rides daily.

With Vivien our favorite hobbies are observing the animals, care about them and find the best breeding matches. We met at the University of West Hungary where we are successful students of the animal breeding faculty. 

Vivien Bianka Kapusi

Just like Andor, I grew up under the spell of animals, but my  family circumstances did not always allow us  to keep livestock. My grandfather dealt with breeding rabbits for many years, so we always had bunnies at home, but the rabbits were changing so fast so i could never find a true friend among them. It was very hard work, (some crocodile tears and tantrums) but sometimes i could managed to negotiate a dog or a cat in the house. After high school graduation I moved abroad and started to seriously work with horses .I was helping well known stables and famous riders.Because I always imagined myself workin with animals it was a reasonable decision to choose the University of West Hungary and the Animal Production Engineering faculty.. In December 2011 I made and excellent final exam, but I am still a student of the University, working on my master's degree. I feel like the knowledge I gained during my studies puts me into a better position contrast to other breeders.The university taught us that the breeding, keeping and feeding, animal health and hygiene are vital to breed genotypically and phenotypically excellent offsprings. My favourite themes are etiology, and education of animals, because it is essential to sustain a harmonious animal-human relationship. In the future I would like to put great emphasis on the kittens’ socialization and treatability. Beside the university, I am the assistant of Dr. Czimber Gyula Endre veterinarian, where I can experience the importance of animal health and I can learn a lot about diseases, tests and treatments.
